People say that parenting is hard - but let's be honest, separated parenting across two homes is the "Boss Level!" - especially if your co-parent is not interested in working with you.
You're on the pathway to courageously raising your children across two homes. But oftentimes the daily "how to do it" can be exhausting.
Perhaps you find yourself weighed down with questions and a heavy cognitive load, second-guessing your decisions as you strive for collaboration, but fear triggering further conflict.
You were never meant to do this alone.
Not sure what to do when your kids complain about your ex? Doing the best you can but doubting whether your decisions are the right ones? Concerned about how your kids are handling the shared care arrangements?
I’ve seen and heard it all, and I'm committed to helping every parent learn from the lessons of those who’ve gone before.
Let me walk right beside you as you develop your confidence and clarity in co-parenting without conflict, supporting the healthy development of your kids.

We are constantly adding new content and courses to the membership program based on the feedback and needs of our members, so you can be sure that you’ll always have access to the latest and most effective strategies for successful co-parenting.
We designed our membership program with your long-term success in mind. We recommend a year’s membership to give you access to all of our online resources and support as you embed new habits and strategies. You can choose to stay with us for as little or as long as you like, depending on your needs and goals.
Most content in the Compass will take no more than 15 minutes per week to complete, and you can always go deeper and spend more time on the material if you choose. But don’t worry, we won’t overwhelm you with content – we want to make sure you get the most out of the time you invest in our program.
Each purchase is intended for individual use. If your co-parent is interested in joining our Membership, a separate enrollment is required.
You can cancel your Compass Membership within your member portal at any time. You can also contact us requesting account cancellation. Once cancelled you will retain access to the member resources until the end of your current paid billing period or free trial.
Cancelling your Compass Membership will not affect access to any other courses you have enrolled in with Co-Parenting Companion.
Yes! We are a data-driven science-geek business! We operate on a foundation of rigorous scientific inquiry, particularly in the realm of Contextual Behavioural Science (CBS). CBS is a comprehensive field dedicated to understanding human behaviour within the context it occurs, with the ultimate aim of reducing suffering and enhancing well-being. The effectiveness of CBS interventions is backed by an extensive body of research, including over 500 meta-analyses and systematic reviews and thousands of randomised control trials. If you share our enthusiasm for evidence-based approaches, we invite you to dive deeper into the science behind our methods. Learn more here.
Once you’ve purchased your membership, we will email you your login credentials to our Co-Parenting Compass, where you’ll have access to all of our Resource Library. You will also be allocated to one of two community portals, which contain all the details of your group coaching calls.
We’re always here to help you navigate any technical issues or questions you may have, so you can focus on what’s most important: your kids, yourself, and your new life.
We will equip you with tools and strategies to communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries, and prioritise your children’s well-being, regardless of your co-parent’s behaviour. You don’t have to rely on your co-parent to change in order to make progress. By focusing on your own growth and your children’s needs, you can create a better co-parenting dynamic for everyone involved. We promise you, THAT will be enough.
You can cancel your Co-Parenting Companion membership at any time within your membership portal or by emailing us at admin@coparentingcompanion.au. Your membership will be active until the end of your current payment cycle. Please note that we generally do not provide partial refunds, but we may consider full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that there is no refund payable for any missed live coaching calls, but recordings of all live calls will be available within your membership portal. If you've booked a 1:1 coaching session as part of your membership or as an add-on, you can cancel up to 72 hours before the session without penalty. Just make sure to re-book before your current subscription cycle ends. We do not offer refunds for expired or unused 1:1 coaching sessions.
Accepting our full terms and conditions is a condition of purchase.
We understand the sensitivity around participating in live events such as master classes and guest speaker sessions, when both co-parents are members. Currently, we operate a single stream of live events, which means co-parents would typically share the same event space.
You may negotiate with your co-parent about who will attend, or how you will manage interactions if you both attend. Sometimes we will run events in webinar format (no video, interactions only by text-chat), in which case you are welcome to use a pseudonym if you prefer.
We are committed to providing a comfortable and productive environment for all our members. Our goal is to facilitate a setup that allows both parties to engage fully and benefit from all the resources the Compass Membership has to offer, without compromising personal comfort or interaction dynamics. We are continually assessing our capacity and exploring ways to enhance our services to accommodate the growing needs of our members.
