Your consultation can be rescheduled without additional charges.

72-48 hrs notice

Rescheduling incurs an additional 50% fee due to the short notice.

Your consultation will be forfeited.

Illness

If you are unwell, we can convert in-person consultations to Zoom sessions. Please note, attending our consulting rooms while visibly ill may lead to session cancellation without a refund.

How are the consultations conducted?

Your comfort and convenience are paramount. Consultations are offered both via Zoom and in person, depending on your location and preference. Whichever format you choose, we ensure a confidential and secure environment for your discussions.

What if one consultation isn't enough?

Every family's journey is unique. In our experience, many families have found just one consultation is sufficient to clarify the right track.


Your after-consult action plan will include recommendations for additional resources and support for developing a healthy and robust Parenting Agreement and building fluency in collaborative co-parenting.

How do we know if it is right for us?

This consultation is tailored for parents eager to establish a positive co-parenting foundation from the outset. If you're dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment for your children and want to navigate your separation with respect and cooperation, this service will align perfectly with your goals.

What outcomes can I expect from this service?

Post-consultation, you can expect to have a clear roadmap for guiding your children through your initial separation, how to structure the timing and content of informing the kids and a plan for the first eight weeks of co-parenting after separation.

What are Tiffany's qualifications and experience?

Guiding parents through separation requires a unique blend of skills centred on human relationships and psychological understanding.


Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master's degree in Applied Psychology. She's a credentialed Collaborative Coach, allowing her to integrate the expertise of collaborative family lawyers and financial neutrals when it benefits the family. Tiffany's solid reputation in the WA Family Law space is built on her child-centred, family-focused approach, offering a constructive alternative to traditional adversarial methods.


Her two decades of experience spans Government Agencies, Not-for-profits, and Private Practice, focusing on families navigating separation both in and outside the courtroom.


Her volunteer roles have included Board Member, Conference Chair, and President, within the Australian and New Zealand Chapter of the Association for Contextual Behavioural Science. She has also contributed as a Research Associate at the Telethon Kids Institute.


Tiffany's memberships with the Association for Contextual Behavioural Science and Collaborative Professionals WA, where she serves on the Council, keep her at the forefront of the latest developments in her field.
